Three places to upgrade
Outside. Inside. Everywhere in between.
Start with one problem or connect several parts of the business. We work around what already earns its place, so a useful website or system does not have to be replaced just to improve something else.
Websites that make the business look established.
Custom visual direction, mobile performance, clear services, quote paths, and the details customers check before they decide to call.
- Website launches and redesigns
- Multi-location structures
- Forms, basic SEO, and analytics
Employee portals shaped around the actual operation.
Shared information, individual accounts, workflows, records, permissions, and reporting in one useful place.
- Employee hubs and document centers
- Requests, approvals, and job records
- Different views for employees, managers, and office staff
Automation that removes repeated work without removing control.
Reliable rules first. AI only where it has a useful job. Human review stays wherever judgment matters.
- Intake, routing, and notifications
- Document reading and summaries
- Moving information between the tools you already use

From one-off prototypes to repeat production, Northline keeps complex fabrication moving.Employee portal sandbox
Not a folder of links. A system people can actually use.

Interactive demonstration / fictional dataDashboard / Employee
Everything needed for today—without hunting for it.
Announcements, documents, requests, approvals, jobs, records, permissions, reporting, and spreadsheet exports. Your written scope lists exactly what is included.
Practical automation
Remove the repetition.
Keep the judgment.
We connect one complete process at a time and leave human approval wherever a person should remain responsible.
- The same information entered more than once
- Status lives inside inboxes and conversations
- Follow-up depends on someone remembering
- 01TRIGGERRequest submitted
- 02VALIDATEMissing details flagged
- 03APPROVERight person reviews
- 04RECORDSystem updated
- 05FOLLOW UPTeam notified
We use AI only where it saves real time, such as reading documents, sorting information, summarizing, or drafting. Most reliable automations still depend on clear rules and approval steps.

Founder-led delivery
Work directly with the person building it.
Upgrade My Business is led by Landon Yost in Central Kentucky. You work directly with the person learning the workflow, building the project, and preparing the handoff.
The approach grew from real work inside a multi-location industrial business: first rebuilding its public website, then developing employee and finance tools around the way the company already operated.
- Direct project communication
- Written scope and completion criteria
- Remote efficiency or real on-site observation
Clear questions / clear answers
Know what you're buying.
Do we have to replace what already works?
No. Keep the website, software, spreadsheets, or process that already earns its place. We build around it and replace only the part creating friction.
Is every feature included in every portal?
No. The portal showroom demonstrates available modules. Your written scope defines the exact accounts, roles, records, forms, and workflow included in your build.
Does automation always mean AI?
No. Clear rules and normal integrations are usually more reliable. We use AI for specific jobs such as reading documents, sorting information, summarizing, or drafting. A person stays responsible wherever judgment matters.
Why are the starting prices lower than a traditional agency?
We are keeping early pricing low while building a small group of strong client results. Each offer has a clear starting scope, and anything beyond it is priced before work begins.
Are the monthly care plans required?
No. Care plans are optional. You can choose ongoing help, handle routine changes yourself, or request separately priced work when you need it.
Where is on-site work available?
On-site projects are available across Central Kentucky and nearby areas. Remote projects can be completed for businesses outside the region.
Who owns the finished website or portal?
Ownership, hosting, credentials, third-party costs, and handoff terms are written into the project scope before work begins.
